By subscribing, you are ensuring that whenever you need us, we are ready to help by giving you the freedom to focus on your health, while we handle the rest.
* Validity
– Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
– Benefits must be used within the validity period; unused services cannot be carried forward.
* Home Visit Consultations
– Includes 2 doctor home visit consultations, available 24/7 across Mauritius.
– Next 2 home visits are charged at a preferential corporate rate of Rs 1,500 per visit (standard rates apply thereafter).
– Visits cover general practitioner consultations; any treatments provided will be charged separately.
・Exclusions
– Voucher does not cover medications, or special ist referrals outside OCS Group.
* Teleconsultation Access
– Unlimited 24/7 teleconsultation (phone) for medical advice and guidance.
– Teleconsultation is not a substitute for emergencies requiring physical examination.
* Corporate Discount
– A 5% discount applies to all treatments and services provided under OCS Group (OCS Médecins, OCS Santé,
OCS Lab).
* Transferability
– Benefits may be used by the employee or transferred to one immediate family member (spouse or dependent child).
– Transfer must be declared at the time of booking.
